Lefteris Androkli

Lefteris is one of the three founding members of the Company. He has extensive knowledge and experience on international tax planning, transfer pricing, auditing and reporting. Lefteris is providing tax and advisory services to various local and international clients.
He has a bachelor’s degree in economics from University of Cyprus, is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a certified public accountant and registered auditor with the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). Lefteris has an advanced diploma in transfer pricing from TJSL and is a member of the global network of Transfer Pricing Associates.
Prior forming and joining Premioserve he was working in a Big4 company in Cyprus.

Haris Georgiou

Haris is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC). His area of expertise is tax and advisory. He has extensive experience on direct and indirect tax and is advising local and international clients on tax planning and compliance.
Haris has a bachelor degree in Economics from University of Macedonia (Greece) and prior forming and joining Premioserve was working in a Big4 company in Cyprus.

Stelios Stylianides

Stelios’s area of expertise is audit and advisory including advisory on Cyprus Investments Firms (CIFs). He is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW) and a member of the Institute of Certified Public Accountants of Cyprus (ICPAC).
Stelios is a Certified Public Accountant and Registered Auditor in Cyprus. He has a bachelor degree in Business Economics from University of Leicester, UK and prior forming and joining Premioserve was working in a Big4 company in Cyprus.
